Strengths

A new controlled charging system with a three-phase power supply that reduces power consumption and enables high-speed charging. It is often used in large magnetizers with particularly high power consumption and long charging times.

  • Using the RS-232C communication function, various conditions of magnetization (charge voltage, magnetizing current, and discrimination results) can be output to a PC. Optional "Magnetizing Data Acquisition System Software "* can be used to manage all magnetizations.
  • Memory function for 10 channels for magnetizing condition/ Digital pre-set type
    (Optional specifications allow channel selection by an external signal.)
  • Comparator function for charge voltage and magnetizing current
    (Option: Discrimination signal output)
  • External control using PLC is available (option).

Low-impedance / high-power output type (Type L and Type R)
Strengths

This circuit configuration minimizes the current decay time by reducing the internal impedance of the magnetizer to the utmost limit and efficiently outputting the magnetizing current. When using general magnetizers to perform continuous magnetization, incomplete magnetization may occur due to a decrease in magnetizing current brought about by the damage to magnetizing yoke caused by its rising temperature, and a rise in winding resistance caused by rising temperature.The low impedance type (Type L) can suppress heat generation of the magnetizing yoke to less than 1/5 of the conventional type. An ultra-low impedance type (Type R) can also be produced with dedicated settings to match the operating load.

Application
  • In the situation when the durability of the magnetizing yoke is poor due to its generation of a large amount of heat at compact multi-pole magnetization with rare earths.
  • When it's required that high-precision magnetization be controlled by a constant magnetizing current (constant-current SA type + L-type SA-L magnetizer)
  • For small-diameter multi-pole magnetization where the space between poles is narrow such as small motors, requiring large current by one or two winding
  • Magnetization of small diameter multi-pole PM-type stepping motors, spindle motors, small pickups, etc.

Realizing cable-less with the magnetizing yoke directly connect ing to high-power busbar corresponding to the increase in small-diameter multi-pole magnetization using high coercivity magnets.

Strengths

Energy-saving, high-performance control unit enabling high-speed charging with three-phase power supply

Compared to the single-phase power supply conventional type, the use of a three-phase power supply stabilizes the power line and saves energy. High-speed charging is realized with less power consumption.

Greatly enhanced based on the CU-1 model! Correspond to external interface "RS-232C".

Enhanced functionality over previous model to allow support of an external "RS-232C" interface (optional). Also capable of sending pass/fail signals for charge voltage and discharge current values during magnetization. Connecting to our "Data Acquisition System" will make it easier a fully numerically controlled as magnetizing conditions
