Instead of human eyes, ITV camera record the work-piece processed "Magnetization"and
"Spraying magnetic particle. backcleaning" by high performance
magnetic particle testing equipment. Then, the image is binarized and save
into IC memory and finally the work-pieceis analyzed to judge the quality
whether OK or NG by micro computer.
